We start by speaking on the phone or via Zoom for a pre-treatment chat. With your consent, I connect to Reiki and send you your treatment and then we speak afterwards to discuss the treatment. Read more here.

All sessions can be re-booked or cancelled up to 48 hours before the session time.

Post treatment

We begin with a brief check-in about what has brought you to your Reiki session and any issues you would like to address.

You remain fully clothed on a comfortable treatment table. I work through a series of hand positions and let the energy flow - your body will draw what is needed.

Everyone experiences Reiki differently so you might experience heat, sensations or a meditative state where you see images or colours - or nothing at all! Reiki will still flow where it is needed. You can find FAQ here.

The session ends with some time to come back into the room and we can both share some observations from the treatment.

Hydration and listening to what your body needs are recommended after a reiki treatment.
